Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Identitystores.com order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of your
order for refund, replacement or exchange less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Items must be in original
condition, unwashed and unworn. Items with custom name and/or numbers are not eligible for refund, replacement or
exchange.
Contact our customer service department toll free at 877/668-3282 to make a return claim and receive a Return
Authorization number (RA#). An RA# is required for all returns. Returns without a valid RA# clearly marked on the package will not be accepted. All returns must be shipped to the address provided by the customer service rep and will not be accepted in person. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Manufacturer or Decorator Error
If you receive an order that is incorrect or damaged, an exchange for a correct or undamaged item will be made.
Customers do not have to pay return shipping fees or restocking fees in the case of manufacturer or decorator error.
Limited Time Orders / Bulk Orders / Team or Group Orders
Items made available for purchase as part of larger team or group orders, or those offered for a limited time, are not
eligible for refund, replacement or exchange.
