Production

We custom produce your item based on your order specifics. That kind of artistry takes some time. But how long does that take? We’re glad you asked. 

In our regular production cycle (non-holiday seasons) typical orders are produced in 15 - 20 business days from the date you place your order. During holiday seasons, we can see those times increase by 7 - 10 days.  If you are placing an order in a temporary or limited time offering store we don’t begin production of your order until all orders are placed, the deadline has expired and your group leader has approved the orders.

Delivery

Orders are shipped via UPS ground service from our Midwest production facility. Transit times vary from 1-5 business days. Find your location on the map below to determine the number of business days required to reach you.
