  • Is there a cost to start an online store?

    We have both FREE temporary online store options and stores that are available 24/7/365 which include a one time set-up fee to get started. 

  • Who can set up an IdentityStores online store?

    Any group leader or organization representative can get an online store started. Check out our Contact page and complete the form to get started today! 

  • How long will it take to set up a new online store?

    The process can take 1-4 weeks to get an online store up and ready for ordering. 

  • This seems pretty hands off, what do I have to do?

    You are responsible for approving the designs and items in your store and spreading the word to your customers! 

  • What kind of items can you offer in your stores?

    We specialize in apparel and soft goods such as headwear, backpacks, duffle bags, blankets, etc. 

  • Can items in your stores be personalized?

    Yes! Customers have the option to personalize most items with lettering and/or number provided these options have been authorized by the store owners.

  • Can you include some of the inventory items I have on hand in the online store?

    No.

  • Can I make money on the items you sell and produce with my logo?

    Sure. You can choose to mark up your items as a fundraiser or sell them at the lowest price to customers to increase your brand impact. 

  • How long will it take to get my custom decorated order?

    We custom produce your order in 12-20 business days. Shipping transit times vary from 1-5 business days. 

  • What if there is a problem with an order?

    Contact us and have your order number handy. We’ll be happy to help sort out the issue. 

  • Can I return an item that was custom produced if I don’t love it?

    Unfortunately, we do NOT accept returns on custom made products.  If an item is defective, we can work with customers on getting an item replaced. Check out our full return policy here. 

  • What can the earned rebates from my store be used for?

    Earned rebates can be used to add new designs or items to your store to keep things looking fresh. You can also use rebates to issue online store gift cards to staff, volunteers or customers.  Earned rebates cannnot be exchanged for cash.
