Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Because our items are custom built specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless items are defective. If you encounter defective items, please contact our customer service department toll free at 1-877-668-3282 to make an exchange claim and receive a Return Authorization number (RA#) for your defective item.

Exclusions:

If a store item is defective we are able to make an exchange.  However, if a Team and Group item is defective and it can be replaced, we will replace it.  However, if the item is unable to be replaced or exchanged we will provide a refund or credit towards a future purchase.  If you feel you have a defective item, please contact our customer service department toll free at 1-877-668-3282.
